Warning over bogus Windows 10 upgrade emails

Please be aware that there are scam emails going around claiming to Upgrade Windows 10 for free.  Do not open as the attachments contain a  ”ransomware” program that, when opened, locks all data on your computer and demands payment to release them.

I received a similar ‘Australia Post’ one which is a bogus Aust Post email stating that a parcel couldn’t be delivered and suggesting that I go to a site to get my tracking number. It contained ransomware too and luckily I avoided pressing that button as it was my work’s computer! So everyone be warned about that one as well as it is still going about.
